Please note: This tool is made for the Remington Model 700 bolt only. There are many “semi clones and clones” of this action and bolt which this tool may or may not fit some, but not others. It is mostly about the shape of the cocking piece which must match exactly that shape/size of the Rem 700 cocking piece and the firing pin lug. We cannot provide further advise about whether this tool will fit this or that other action type bolt. See supplementary photos as examples.
This product is deemed as NON returnable and is made to suit only Rem 700 actions only. Use on bolts of other actions is entirely at owners risks.
NB: Also the internal molded polymer bushing will mark slightly in use anyway. This is normal.
