Moly powder is the best dry lube for inside brass case necks prior to bullet seating.
Best applied using an under size (next calibre down) cotton bore mop
In white plastic tub with screw cap lid (fine Molybdenum disulphide powder)

Attention to this detail has been proven by us to significantly improve the ease and the consistency of bullet seating (all other things considered of course).
